How do you make bad dreams go away?
I need some suggestions. Chloe has been having bad dreams a lot lately. It seems to come and go. She'll wake up most nights for a week or so, and then she'll go a couple of weeks without any problems. I feel so bad for her, and so helpless. Some nights she can go back to sleep pretty easily, but sometimes she's awake for quite awhile. One night I even put her in our bed with Keith, and I slept on the couch. Not only is this frustrating for Chloe, but it's getting a bit difficult for me (and on occasion, Keith). Anyway, I would love to hear if any of you have any tricks to help keep the bad dreams away.

Try whispering secret sweet dream words in her ear or putting invisible good dream dust all over her bed. I'll be glad to lend her my dream keeper or take her into my bed--Bittaba doesn't mind. Also, Chloe and I have prayed and asked God to keep the bad dreams away and give her good dreams for being such a good girl. I'll send her a spedial pillow case (from the Tinkerbell fabric); that was my Mom's answer to all night-time troubles, a special new pillowcase.
We have some CD's that play soft music, some with Christian songs, and it seems to help Hannah sleep better when she listens to those as she drifts off to sleep. We also pray before hand for good dreams. Sometimes I have her start to think about happy things and pick one to dream about that night. I hope Chloe's dreams get better. :)
