We had a snow day...before Christmas! We don't normally get snow this early, but we'll take it! We all love the snow, and enjoy getting out to play in it, but the combination of not much snow and the very cold temps kept us in most of the day. Chloe wanted to go out as soon as we got up, but later, when we did go out, she got cold pretty quickly. We had a fun day inside though, playing games and watching a movie.I will have to admit that I was kind of torn about this snow day. I still have shopping and things to get done, and I only have a few days left to do it without kids, but I still love a snow day!

I am so thankful that all of you know how to enjoy all of God's blessings! Living in this part of the south we know that our snow days are limited and thus need to take advantage of it! Your children will always remember their snow days and the hot chocolate and the games. They are learning so much more than they would in school for the day or two. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!
