
I was so excited last week to finally make pasta fagioli(
my sister-in-law made it at Christmas, and shared the recipe.
yum!!). I've made it once before, and it was yummy, so I was looking forward to having it again. I don't make it very often because I have two picky eaters, and I get tired of making a separate meal for them. (
i know, i know, just make them eat it. sometimes i do that, but there are a few exceptions. this is one of them. ) So, anyway, I made it; we ate it; it was wonderful. Then...I forgot to put it in the fridge before bed, and left it out all night. I was so mad the next morning! I was about to put it up the night before, but the bottom of the pot was still kind of hot, so I let it cool a little longer. Way too long actually. I had to pour it all out. I really felt like crying. It was that good. sigh.

i have done that before, too. it is so frustrating!
I don't know how many times I have done that! Left food out and didn't realize it until the next morning. Glad to see you made it and everyone* enjoyed it=)
