Yesterday we were talking to Chloe about her birthday coming up, and we asked her what she wanted. She told us she already got a present. She mentioned a couple of things that she got recently, one was a book Keith got her from the boys' book fair(quite a while ago), and the other was M&M's from Minima(my mom). She never did tell us anything she wanted, but was completely happy with what she already has. Wow, what a lesson! Of course, if I put a toy catalog in front of her and ask her what she wants, the answer will be different, but isn't that true of anyone? I thought it was really cute that she didn't name one of the many things she's named before. They were all really big things too, like a car, a kitchen, etc. Now if only contentment was contagious...
